The importance of a funeral as part of the grieving process cannot be underestimated. I have seen this for the last 22 years. I realise the importance of providing comfort for family and friends. It is a time to come together to acknowledge the loss of a loved one. To share stories and memories and even tears and laughter.
As a celebrant
At the heart of every ceremony is the expression of our feelings, about another person or persons. As a celebrant, my role is to listen. To help and to support you so that together, we find a way to realise that unique expression of love. Which create some unforgettable memories at what can be a sad time.
Thoughtful music, readings, poetry and reminiscences, we tell their story in a shared experience of reflection. With my experience, I can Draw out all the essential things you want to include or might overlook at such a difficult time. to create that A Special Funeral Service.
Services
I offer non-religious/religious services but am very happy to include any spiritual references of other faiths, words or music that will bring comfort while respectfully representing the beliefs of your loved one. Using information gathered during a meeting, online, or phone conversation, I will write a service that is a true representation of the person you have lost.
